The challenge:

Launch the re-brand and new positioning for Pepsi simultaneously in 3 key UK cities, over one exclusive launch weekend in March – aligning with the outdoor media, digital, social and PR agencies to achieve brand domination in each city.

What we did:

To drive brand awareness for Pepsi MAX’s fresh new look, we designed and customised three shipping containers and a peripheral sampling kit, to deliver 150,000 Pepsi MAX samples in London, Birmingham and Manchester over one weekend.

We installed a 4mx12m outdoor digital screen on each container acting as an outdoor media screen to showcase the new brand positioning video content onsite and in-transit.

We were tasked to deliver not only a sampling experience but the Pepsi MAX personality, through brand messaging, music and data capture. Collecting data capture onsite gained us valuable insight into consumers’ thoughts and feelings towards the brand and where they see its positioning now after the iconic rebrand.
