The challenge:

Comfort introduced three new Comfort intense fabric conditioner variants with longer-lasting fragrances to make your clothes smell better for longer…

They wanted to demonstrate this and give consumers a reason to believe.

What we did:

We worked with the PR team to create a one-day PR stunt in Covent Garden, featuring Kimberly Walsh as a special guest.

To raise product awareness and encourage audience engagement, what better way to create a Comfort intense garden where all the flowers were made of fabric and were all washed in the product for that long-lasting fragrance?

All clothing was sourced from Oxfam, the foxgloves were made from baby socks, the roses and peonies from shirt collars and cuffs, and the fountain was made from organza fabric.

The general public was invited to explore the garden and take in the product’s fragrance by exploring and smelling the flowers on display. We also encouraged consumer engagement by providing photo opportunities throughout the stand and encouraging them to share their photos on #ComfortIntense.
