Lavazza wanted to drive brand awareness and product trials of their iced coffee throughout London – introducing customers to their flavourful range of products, including Iced Cappuccino, Iced Vanilla Latte and Double Espresso.
iD was tasked to sample Lavazza Iced Coffee throughout the weekdays at key commuter hubs and popular lunch spots in London. During the weekends, the team retailed Lavazza Iced Coffee across key parks and open spaces.
We worked closely with the Lavazza team to define and choose the best locations for sampling. Together, we considered the most popular destinations in London, as well as where our target audience was most likely to be hanging out. By understanding these parameters, we could guarantee that we would be able to connect with the right people in the right places, as well as be flexible and agile in our approach
As this campaign took place as the UK was coming out of the second wave of Covid-19, it was imperative to operate in open and safe spaces, where social distance was easily implemented. Our teams took every precaution to deliver a safe, memorable experience for Lavazza customers.
