The challenge:

How do you create an exciting VIP experience at some of the UK’s most popular festivals without taking away from the overall event?

Pepsi MAX wanted to create a dedicated space for friends to enjoy their favourite artists above the crowds – getting them closer to the performances than ever before! 

What we did:

We delivered the most unique festival experience possible – giving attendees a birds-eye view of the action that allowed them to enjoy their favourite act in comfort and style, surrounded by their best friends.

The Pepsi MAX Tower was a bespoke structure designed to create the VIP experience, staffed by iD brand ambassadors. Groups of up to 6 people were able to have their own private booth where they could order Pepsi MAX cocktails. They could also register their attendance via the ‘FanScan’ app, highlighting their experience across Wireless and Reading festivals, creating a sense of community and drumming up interest in the activation.
