The challenge:

Charlotte Tilbury is the UK’s number one makeup artist, but brand awareness didn’t reflect this prestigious accolade. The launch of the “Hollywood” range provided the perfect platform to change this, boosting awareness, share of voice, and driving footfall to nearby stores and concessions

What we did:

We designed the “Hollywood Secrets” tourable pop-up to give consumers a taste of Hollywood glamour. Visitors were treated to a full VIP experience, including:

  • Expert-led makeovers with Charlotte Tilbury products and “red carpet Makeup & Skincare Secrets made easy.”
  • Champagne and canapés on arrival.
  • A red-carpet photo shoot broadcast on digital screens.

To extend the activation’s impact, we amplified the event through digital and social media, while distributing coupons to drive footfall and sales at nearby stores.
